At Murph's Trading Cards & Collectibles, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for apparel and accessories in original condition. Please note that high-value collectibles and sealed card packs must remain unopened to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn fashion items or unopened collectibles into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
